Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz each) packages of crescent rolls
  • 1/2 pound of sliced salami
  • 1/2 pound of sliced provolone cheese
  • 1/2 pound of sliced boiled ham
  • 7 eggs
  • 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 jars (12 oz each) of roasted red peppers in water

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Coat glass 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray.

    Unroll 1 package of crescent rolls and line the bottom of the dish. Pinch the seams together.

    Cover rolls with 1/2 salami, provolone, and ham.

    Lightly beat 6 eggs and parmesan and pour 1/2 over the top.

    Top with 1 jar of peppers.

    Repeat all above with second package of rolls, layering on top of the first layer.

    Beat 1 remaining egg and brush over the top.

    Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

    Cool 1 hour and cut into 32 squares to serve.
