- 2 lb. fresh or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus
- 1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. diced or shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook asparagus until tender; drain.

2Place in casserole dish. Melt margarine and add soup mix.

3Pour this mixture over asparagus.

4Cover with Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan.

5Bake 10 minutes at 450°.
