- olive oil
- 1 large can Italian plum tomatoes
- dried basil
- garlic powder
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Lightly oil fillets and place in baking pan.

4Cover dish tightly with foil and bake at 350° for 1/2 hour or until fish is flaky.
