  • 2 large haddock fillets
  • olive oil
  • 1 large can Italian plum tomatoes
  • dried basil
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

    Lightly oil fillets and place in baking pan.

    With fork, crush together tomatoes and spices and pour over fish.

    Drizzle with olive oil.

    Cover dish tightly with foil and bake at 350° for 1/2 hour or until fish is flaky.
