- 1 beef roast (3 to 5 lb.)
- 4 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 can green chilies
- Tabasco sauce to taste
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- dash of salt
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Slow cook pot roast.

2When roast is done, separate into shreds.

3Remove grease from slow cooker.

4Place roast back in slow cooker.

5Add the oregano, basil, salt and pepper; mix.

6Place the bouillon cubes in 1/2 cup water; place in microwave.

7Heat until cubes dissolve.

8Add mix to roast.

9Dice or puree green chilies; add to roast.

10Add Tabasco to taste.

11Slow cook (simmer) for a couple of minutes to allow beef to season.
