  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 jar pepperoncini salad peppers and juice
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 (3 to 4 lb.) beef roast
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 to 2 c. water (as needed)

Directions

    Put beef and broth into crock-pot; salt and pepper. Add spices and peppers. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 12 hours. Remove meat and slice thin. Put back in crock-pot to cook another hour. Serve on deli rolls.
