- 1 jar pepperoncini salad peppers and juice
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 (3 to 4 lb.) beef roast
- salt and pepper
- 1 to 2 c. water (as needed)
Directions

1Put beef and broth into crock-pot; salt and pepper. Add spices and peppers. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 12 hours. Remove meat and slice thin. Put back in crock-pot to cook another hour. Serve on deli rolls.
