Ingredients
- 4 lb. beef rump roast or chuck
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 c. water
- 4 tsp. or cubes beef bouillon
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 3 drops Tabasco
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 6 to 8 pepperoncini peppers
Directions

1Trim roast of any fat.

2Place in roaster and cover the top with the chopped onion.

3Combine the rest of the ingredients in blender until finely chopped.

4Pour over the roast and cover. Bake 3 hours or until done.

5There will be a lot of juice and the meat will be easy to slice.

6Place on hard rolls and ladle juice over.
