- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. sweet basil
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper (cut back if you don't like it hot)
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Place meat, spices and water in roast pan; bake in a 325° oven for 3 to 4 hours, cutting string and basting the last 1/2 hour. Serve on Italian or French bread or hard rolls.
