- rump roast (of desired weight)
- 2 c. water
- 2 bouillon cubes
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. onion juice
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- green pepper slices
- hard rolls
Directions

1Place roast in roasting pan. Combine remaining ingredients, except pepper slices and hard rolls.

2Pour over roast.

3Roast in a 325° oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.

4Remove from oven. Slice beef thinly and return to juices for 2 hours on low temperature.

5Green pepper slices may be baked along with sliced beef in last oven stage. Serve on hard rolls along with juices.
