  • 2 pkg. Italian Zesty dressing mix

Directions

    Place in crock-pot on high; cover in water and add the two packages Italian mix and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until roast beef will tear apart.

    Take out roast and tear in small pieces. Put back in broth and turn crock-pot on low until ready to serve.
