  • 4 lb. sirloin roast
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1/2 to 1 c. water
  • garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • sliced Swiss cheese
  • Gulden's mustard or barbecue sauce
  • french rolls (sliced)

Directions

    Sprinkle roast with spices (generous amount) on all sides.

    Cut onion and place in crock-pot with beef.

    Pour water into crock-pot and cover.

    Cook overnight and all next day.
  5. 5
    Use a fork to break up beef during next day.

    Serve on french rolls with sauce of choice and a slice of Swiss.
