  • 1 whole Beef Roast
  • 2 packages (about 1 Oz. Packet) Italian Seasoning Mix
  • 1 bottle (12 Oz. Bottle) Beer

Directions

    Place a roast, frozen or thawed, in a crock pot.

    Pour beer over the roast, followed by the Italian seasoning packets.

    I use one packet per two pounds of roast.

    Cook overnight on high or for at least 6 hours.

    Tear meat apart and remove any bones or excess fat.

    Cook an additional 2-3 hours on high or up to 8 hours on low.

    Serve on bread or buns of your choice.

    Provolone cheese is a great addition to the sandwich.
