  • 2 Tbsp. sweet basil
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 or 2 bay leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
  • 6 garlic buds

    Mix spice in water and pour over meat.

    Cook in covered pot for 3 hours.
