- 3 to 5 lb. roast (pot, chuck, etc.)
- 3 to 5 Tbsp. oregano
- 3 to 5 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 large can chicken broth
Directions

1Remove excess fat from roast and cut roast into large chunks. Combine all ingredients in a crock-pot.

2Simmer until meat can easily be shredded with a fork (approximately 8 hours).

3Serve meat with juice on kaiser or other style hard rolls.
