  • beef roast (any kind)
  • 1 pkg. Italian Seasons dressing (dry pkg.)
  • 2 cans beef broth

Directions

    Put all ingredients into slow cooker or crock-pot. Cook overnight. Put in refrigerator to cool. Once cool, remove fat, slice thin and put back into broth. Serve over fresh Italian rolls.
