  • 4 to 5 lb. boneless roast
  • medium onion
  • garlic
  • 2 to 3 pkg. dry Good Seasons Italian dressing
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Trim fat and cube roast.

    Place in crock-pot.

    Slice small amount garlic; chop onion and add to beef.

    Add seasonings and water; stir.

    Cook in cook pot overnight.

    Stir occasionally. Serve on sliced steak buns and sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella cheese.
