1Remove string from around roast and discard.

3Pour liquid from jar of peppers over roast.

4Remove stems from peppers and discard.

5Do not discard seeds.

6Chop peppers and sprinkle over roast.

7Place in warm oven (200°) before bedtime or in early A.M.
