  • 1 small jar salad pepperoncini
  • 2 Tbsp. Italian spices

Directions

    Remove string from around roast and discard.

    Place roast in roasting pan.

    Pour liquid from jar of peppers over roast.

    Remove stems from peppers and discard.

    Do not discard seeds.

    Chop peppers and sprinkle over roast.

    Place in warm oven (200°) before bedtime or in early A.M.
