  • 6 lb. beef (any type will do)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 jar mild pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 can beef Franco-American gravy
  • 1/2 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Place all ingredients in a crock-pot to cook on low for 15 to 20 hours.
