- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp. fennel seed
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. anise seed
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary leaves
- 1 1/2 tsp. Accent leaves
- 1 1/2 tsp. Accent
- 1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 2 oz. tomato paste
Directions

1Add 2 1/2 quarts water (10 cups).

2Stir in all ingredients. Place 5 to 10 pound beef roast in oven at 350° for 1 hour.

3Reduce heat to 300° for 3 hours, without lid.

4Cook day before. Refrigerate.

5Next day drain off spices and slice.

6Put drained gravy over sliced beef and reheat when needed.
