  • approximately 3 lb. rump or chuck roast
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 pkg. Italian Seasons salad dressing mix (dry)
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt (can use powder instead)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 c. water

Directions

    Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Put meat in slow cooker and put dry ingredients and water in. Cook until meat is tender and falls apart. Add more water if it is needed.
