- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 3/4 lb ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh Italian parsley, chopped
- 9 ounces linguine
Directions

1Melt butter in heavy small saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for 2 minutes.

2Combine ricotta, cream,parsley and butter mixture in a large bowl.

3Season to taste with salt and pepper.

4Cook linguine in large pot of boiling, salted water until just tender, but still firm to bite, stirring.

5Drain. Toss with ricotta mixture.

6Serve pasta immediently.
