- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. onion salt
- 1 Tbsp. basil leaves, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 jar pepperoncini peppers (and juice)
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- hoagie buns
Directions

1Place meat, seasonings, peppers and juice in crock-pot. Cover with water.

2Cook for at least 4 hours before you shred meat into small pieces.

3Cook for 2 more hours, until tender.

4Serve shredded meat on buns with cheese on top.
