- 1 (4 to 5 lb.) beef roast
- 1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 2 tsp. minced onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
Directions

1Brown roast in oven on both sides.

2Cover and cook until tender.

3Take out and slice in thin slices.

4Add some water to beef drippings and spices.

5Put sliced beef back in juice.

6Cover. Cook at 250° about 2 hours.

7Serve on buns.
