  • 4 lb. beef roast or venison roast
  • 2 (10 3/4 oz. each) cans chicken broth
  • 2 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. rosemary

    Cook roast in oven.

    Slice roast when done.

    Combine the remaining ingredients in saucepan; bring to a boil.

    Combine roast and boiled mixture together in crock-pot.
