- 4 lb. beef roast or venison roast
- 2 (10 3/4 oz. each) cans chicken broth
- 2 pkg. onion soup mix
- 2 c. water
- 1 green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. rosemary
Directions

1Cook roast in oven.

2Slice roast when done.

3Combine the remaining ingredients in saucepan; bring to a boil.

4Combine roast and boiled mixture together in crock-pot.

5Cook at low heat all day.
