- 6 jumbo eggs
- 1 c. butter or margarine (2 sticks)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla or lemon
- 5 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 c. sugar
Directions

1Combine flour and baking powder in bowl.

2Beat together eggs, sugar, butter or margarine and vanilla or lemon.

3Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix together with wooden spoon, then by hand. Roll small pieces of dough and twist and bake at 350° on greased cookie sheet.

4Frost with thin frosting.
