  • 1 lb bulk sage pork sausage
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 2 C celery chopped
  • 2 granny smiths peel and chop
  • 1 bag craisins
  • 1 C pecans or walnuts
  • 2-3 C low sodium broth
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
