- 3 cup Plain Flour
- 3 tbsp White Sugar
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Italian Herb Mix
- 1 packages Yeast
- 1 1/4 cup Warm Water
- 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 1/4 cup Monzerella
Directions

1Preheat your Oven to 170 degrees C

2Mix Together Flour, Sugar, Salt, Yeast and Herb Mix

3Slowly Add the Water til you get a dough (you can use a bread maker to mix if you have one).

4Knead the Stuffing out of your dough for 5 minutes.

5You can also use your bread maker for this step and the next one.

6Knead in your Parmesan and 1 cup of the Monzerella.

7Make your bread into an oblong shape and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.

8Leave to rise a bit for 5 minutes.

9Finally place in your oven for 45 minutes.

10Take out and enjoy :-)
