Ingredients

  • 3 cup Plain Flour
  • 3 tbsp White Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Italian Herb Mix
  • 1 packages Yeast
  • 1 1/4 cup Warm Water
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 1/4 cup Monzerella

Directions

    Preheat your Oven to 170 degrees C

    Mix Together Flour, Sugar, Salt, Yeast and Herb Mix
  3. 3
    Slowly Add the Water til you get a dough (you can use a bread maker to mix if you have one).

    Knead the Stuffing out of your dough for 5 minutes.

    You can also use your bread maker for this step and the next one.

    Knead in your Parmesan and 1 cup of the Monzerella.

    Make your bread into an oblong shape and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.

    Leave to rise a bit for 5 minutes.

    Finally place in your oven for 45 minutes.

    Take out and enjoy :-)
