  • 1 12 lbs lean ground meat
  • 14 cup chopped onion
  • 14 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 13 cup parmesan cheese
  • 12 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 12 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 14 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (8 ounce) package crescent rolls

Directions

    Cook ground meat until brown.

    Add onion and bell pepper, cook until tender, add tomato sauce, pepper, garlic salt and Italian seasoning.

    Mix well and pour into 2 quart casserole.

    Spread sour cream over the meat and sprinkle the grated cheese on the sour cream.

    Separate the rolls into 4 rectangles and place over the cheese.

    Brush with melted butter and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

    Bake 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees F. Cut into squares.
