- boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Italian bread crumbs
- Parmesan cheese
- Provolone cheese
- olive oil or vegetable oil
- spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Cut each chicken breast into halves or thirds (depending on size).

2Rinse under cool water; then dip each piece into a mixture of Italian bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.

3Coat well.

4Fry in a shallow pan in oil until browned.

5Drain on paper towels.

6Place in a baking dish and top with Provolone cheese.

7Pour a thin layer of spaghetti sauce on top.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
