  • 3 large chicken breasts
  • 2 (8 ounce) bottles Italian dressing
  • 1 (8 ounce) bag egg noodles or 1 (8 ounce) bag rice, if you like it
  • olive oil

Directions

    Cut the chicken up in small cubes and put in your frying pan with a light coating of olive oil.

    Brown the chicken and add 1/2 bottle of Italian dressing and let it cook down.

    About 10 minutes take chicken out of the pan and let it rest.

    In the same pan add the rest of the bottle of Italian dressing and let it cook down and it makes a delicious brown sauce.

    While that is cooking start boiling your egg noodles or rice (whatever you decide).

    Open the 2nd bottle of Italian dressing and put about 1/2 cup of it in the egg noodles.

    Let boil until tender and let set.

    When the Italian dressing is cooked down so it is a brown sauce add back in your chicken and reduce head.

    Mix well.

    I always mix together the chicken and noodles.

    Add a salad of your choice with it and OMGosh it's so goooooooood -- Makes a great leftover meal!
