- 4 chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch strips
- Italian dressing
- margarine or butter
- crushed red pepper to suit your taste
- garlic powder to suit your taste
Directions

1Put chicken strips in large Ziploc bag.

2Pour in Italian dressing, crushed red pepper and garlic powder and zip shut. Marinate for at least one hour.

3Can be refrigerated and left overnight.

4Heat butter in frying pan and add chicken.

5Cook until chicken is done.

6Serve with linguine, tossed salad and Italian bread.
