- 1/3 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic, minced
- 1/2 Cup Sundried Tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 Cup Black Olives, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Italian Herbs, minced
- 1/4 Cup Capers
- 1/2 Cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon fresh cracked Black Pepper
- Kosher Salt, to taste
