  • 1 lb ground beef
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 12 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 slices mozzarella cheese, halved
  • 14 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 12 teaspoons italian seasoning
  • 14 cup parmesan cheese

Directions

    Combine ground beef, salt, pepper and parsley.

    Shape into cutlets.

    Dredge in flour.

    Dip in beaten egg.

    Roll in bread crumbs.

    Pan fry in oil until golden.

    Place in baking dish.
