- 1 lb ground beef
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 12 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 slices mozzarella cheese, halved
- 14 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 12 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 14 cup parmesan cheese
Directions

1Combine ground beef, salt, pepper and parsley.

2Shape into cutlets.

3Dredge in flour.

4Dip in beaten egg.

5Roll in bread crumbs.

6Pan fry in oil until golden.

7Place in baking dish.

8Place mozzarella on each cutlet.

9Cover with sauce.

10Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
