  • 1 c. tomato paste
  • 1 jar taco sauce
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1 small pkg. noodles

Directions

    Saute onion in oleo; brown meat and add salt and pepper, tomato paste, taco sauce and corn.

    Simmer; cook noodles and drain.

    In large casserole dish, put layer of noodles, layer meat and layer cheese.

    Repeat 2 layers.

    Bake in moderate (350°) oven a few minutes until cheese bubbles.
