- 3 c. flour (measure by dip method)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. shortening
- 2 eggs
- 6 to 8 Tbsp. milk
Directions

1Sift flour with salt and baking powder.

2Cut shortening into dry ingredients with pastry blender.

3Scramble eggs with 1/4 cup milk (4 tablespoons).

4Sprinkle over ingredients and toss with fork.

5Add remainder of milk, 1 tablespoon at a time while mixing with fork.

6When it is moist enough to form dough, shape it into 4 balls of dough and then roll out into pastry.
