- 4 red peppers
- 4 yellow peppers
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Directions

1Roast peppers by placing them on gas stove or open flame.

2Make sure to turn peppers to char evenly.

3When pepper skin is black, remove peppers and place them in a bowl.

4Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 20 minutes.

5Remove peppers and peel off black skin.

6Remove seeds.

7Cut each pepper into 6 sections.

8Put peppers in a clean bowl and add olive oil.

9Season with salt and pepper to taste.
