  • 3 -5 lbs ham, chopped
  • 1 Italian sausage, baked and chopped
  • 16 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese or 1 cup romano cheese
  • 9 raw eggs
  • 34 cup ham stock
  • 12 cup finely chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper
