  • 2 regular pie crusts (one 9-inch and one 10-inch)
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 lb. ham
  • 1/4 lb. Prosciutto
  • 1/4 lb. cappicolo
  • 1/4 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 can evaporated milk
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
