  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 tablespoons pasta sauce
  • 1 egg
  • olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese grated
  • salt and ground black pepper

Directions

    Strain the pasta sauce to thicken. Heat.

    Place the oil into a skillet and fry the egg. Season with salt and pepper.

    Toast the bagel and rub with the clove of garlic.

    Spread the bottom of the bagel with the pasta sauce, place the egg on top, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Top with the other side of the bagel.
