- 1 can pizza sauce (8 oz.)
- 1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
- 2 lb. flounder fillets
- salt and pepper
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine first 4 ingredients.

3Place fish in a single layer in well buttered 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4Spread sauce mixture over fish. Bake, uncovered, 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

5Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese.

6Return to oven just until cheese melts.

7Serves 8 with 288 calories per serving.
