  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 6 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract
  • 1/2 box instant pudding (lemon)
  • 3 c. flour (you do not add all the flour at once, add one cup at a time)

Directions

    Beat eggs and sugar, then add flour (one cup at a time) and remaining dry ingredients. melt butter and add to batter.

    Mix well.

    (You'll get to know how the texture should feel.)

    Roll into balls and put on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake in 350° oven for 10 to 12 minutes.

    The dough should not stick to your hands when rolling cookies into shape.

    Add more flour if necessary.
