- 6 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 sticks margarine
- 6 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract
- 1/2 box instant pudding (lemon)
- 3 c. flour (you do not add all the flour at once, add one cup at a time)
Directions

1Beat eggs and sugar, then add flour (one cup at a time) and remaining dry ingredients. melt butter and add to batter.

2Mix well.

3(You'll get to know how the texture should feel.)

4Roll into balls and put on ungreased cookie sheet.

5Bake in 350° oven for 10 to 12 minutes.

6The dough should not stick to your hands when rolling cookies into shape.

7Add more flour if necessary.
