- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. dry spaghetti sauce mix
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. corn flake crumbs
Directions

1Combine first 8 ingredients in a bowl.

3Shape into 4 (4-inch long) rolls.

4Dip each roll in egg, dredge in corn flake crumbs.

6Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes, or until done.
