- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. cubed Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. yogurt or sour cream
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
Directions

1Mix dry and wet ingredients separately.

2Then combine until moistened evenly.
