  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. margarine
  • 4 egg yolks (save whites)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • 4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    In large bowl, combine ingredients, except for flour.

    Mix on medium speed for one minute.

    Gradually add flour.

    Roll dough into one-inch balls.

    Roll into egg whites, then nuts.
