  • 8 slices Artisan Bread
  • Melted Butter Or Olive Oil
  • 1/2 pounds Ham
  • 1/2 pounds Hard Dry Salami
  • 8 ounces, weight Mozzarella Cheese, Sliced
  • 1/2 cups Olives, Sliced (variety Of Choice)
  • 1- 1/2 cup Fresh Baby Spinach
  • 4 slices Red Onion
  • 2 whole Roasted Red Peppers, Cut In Half

Directions

    Brush one side of the bread slices with butter or olive oil.

    Layer up with the remaining ingredients.

    Put on a hot panini press (or use a pan if you dont have one).

    Cook on medium high heat until bread is seared and cheese is melted.

    Try not to burn your mouth eating too fast.
