- 34 cup finely chopped onion (, 1 1/2 med.)
- 12 cup finely chopped carrot (, 1 med.)
- 12 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic
Directions

1Cook all ingredients except parsley in 2 quart saucepan over medium low heat 25 to 30 minutes.
