  • Italian dressing
  • garlic salt or powder
  • lemon pepper
  • cayenne pepper
  • chili pepper
  • cheese

Directions

    Cover ribs in Italian dressing.

    Let set in refrigerator for 1 hour. Sprinkle garlic salt, lemon pepper and cayenne pepper on both sides of ribs. Dust lightly with chili pepper. Cook in oven for 1 hour at 250°.

    Then add 1 slice of Cheddar cheese per rib. Cook 15 minutes more at 350° or until done.
