- 1/4 stick margarine
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 1/2 c. rice (regular)
- 4 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Saute onion in margarine.

2Add tomato paste when onion is softened.

3Add 2/3 broth; stir.

4Add all of rice; mix.

5As rice swells and cooks up the broth, keep adding small amounts of broth gradually until the rice is done.
