  • 1 lb. long grain rice, cooked and cooled
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 small bottle lemon oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 doz. eggs, beaten

Directions

    Cook rice from directions on the box; add butter and cool. When rice is cool, add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into two 9 x 13-inch glass oven dishes and bake at 350° until knife comes out clean when testing.
