- 3 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. Crisco
- 3 egg yolks, beaten well, adding enough water to make 1 cup
Directions

1Mix all ingredients into a ball.

2Roll dough between wax paper, making a crust for a 10 x 13 inch pan and leaving enough dough for lattice on top.

3Line the dough on bottom and sides of pan. Pour in filling.

4Make lattice for top.

5Bake at 350° until knife comes out clean (as a custard pie).

6Use a glass pan to make it easy to store.
