Ingredients

  • 2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. warm water
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 yeast
  • 6 c. flour

Directions

    Heat 2 cups water, boil and pour over oil, sugar and salt. Cool and put yeast in 1/3 cup warm water.

    Add to cool mixture along with eggs and 1/2 of flour; stir mixture smooth.

    Add rest of flour and blend well.

    Turn out on lightly floured surface and knead lightly.

    Shape into rolls and place on buttered sheet.

    Let rise until double, brush with egg white and add seeds.

    Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.
