- 2 c. water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. warm water
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 yeast
- 6 c. flour
Directions

1Heat 2 cups water, boil and pour over oil, sugar and salt. Cool and put yeast in 1/3 cup warm water.

2Add to cool mixture along with eggs and 1/2 of flour; stir mixture smooth.

3Add rest of flour and blend well.

4Turn out on lightly floured surface and knead lightly.

5Shape into rolls and place on buttered sheet.

6Let rise until double, brush with egg white and add seeds.

7Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.
